Ticketing Manager
Power TPR’s events by owning ticketing strategy, maximizing sales, and elevating every fan’s experience.
POSITION SUMMARY
Coordinate ticketing efforts for TPR. through the areas listed below to maximize
revenue and enhance the consumer’s experience. Will work with the Vice President of Ticketing to increase ticketing strategy impact and improve internal ticketing processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
TICKETING – Responsible for setting up and maintaining ticketing for all TPR. events. Will manage event holds, comps and consignment tickets. Produce weekly ticketing reports for partner relationships as well as internal reporting for strategy decisions.
VENUE RELATIONS – Work directly with venues and church relationship manager to facilitate consignment ticket sales and reporting. Will also build seating charts, scale seating, and manage revenue goals for ticketing.
ANALYTICS – Analyze sales data to present strategic, actionable recommendations to the rest of the team. Responsible for monitoring events on a daily basis to identify sales trends. Will provide weekly reports of all tickets sold and prepare reports to compare past event sales trends. Flex and dynamic pricing strategy recommendations will be needed.
EVENTS – Will be asked to help as needed on site at events in areas such as box office, settlement, catering, volunteer coordinating and sponsorship coordinating. Will also be responsible for helping prepare other employees before they work an event and manage ticketing equipment for on site use.

Ability to travel to shows up to 20% of the time
Qualifications:
Degree in Music Business, Business, or Communication preferred
Good oral and written communication skills
Highly organized and detailed-oriented
Knowledge and understanding of the Christian music industry
Knowledge of ticketing platforms
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment managing various projects and able to work under pressure with deadlines
Flexible with work schedule as some project will require weekend and evening hours
Bi-lingual a plus
Classification: Full-time, Non-Exempt, Hybrid (In Office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Salary range: $55,000-$70,000 annually
